الگوی توسعۀ کارآفرینی در دانشگاه علوم کشاورزی و منابع طبیعی ساری

چکیده

کارآفرینی دانشگاهی یک رویکرد و ضرورت برای آینده دانشگاه‌ است تا با گسترش فعالیت‌های کارآفرینانه، حضور مؤثرتری را در اکوسیستم کارآفرینی داشته و شرایط توسعۀ پایدار جامعۀ پیرامون خود را فراهم سازند. لذا این مطالعه به‌دنبال طراحی الگوی توسعۀ کارآفرینی در دانشگاه علوم کشاورزی و منابع طبیعی ساری بود. رویکرد کلی تحقیق، کیفی است. با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند، از بین متخصصان و صاحب‌نظران کارآفرینی استان، تعداد 42 نفر انتخاب شدند. داده‌های موردنیاز از طریق مصاحبه‌های نیمه‌ساختارمند جمع‌آوری شده و با استفاده از مدل پارادایمی نظریۀ بنیانی مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفتند. اعتبارسنجی یافته‌های به دست آمده از طریق بازبینی یافته‌ها توسط مشارکت‌کنندگان و تکنیک مثلث‌سازی تأیید شد. نتایج نشان داد که شش مؤلفۀ عوامل علی (بهبود شرایط فردی و سازمانی)، عوامل زمینه‌ای (شرایط مدیریتی مناسب، اعتمادسازی مناسب)، عوامل مداخله‌گر (پیشران‌های فرهنگی- قانونی و پسران‌های مالی- فنی)، توسعۀ کارآفرینی (منافع درون‌سازمانی، منافع برون‌سازمانی)، راهبردها (آموزشی- فرهنگی، سیاست‌ها و برنامه‌های حمایتی) و پیامدها (اجتماعی، اقتصادی، فردی، سازمانی) اصلی‌ترین مؤلفه‌های گسترش کارآفرینی دانشگاهی در دانشگاه علوم کشاورزی و منابع طبیعی ساری هستند.

چکیده [English]

Academic entrepreneurship is an approach and necessity for the future of university to have a more effective presence in the entrepreneurial ecosystem by expanding entrepreneurial activities and provide the conditions for the sustainable development of the society around them. Therefore, this study sought to design a model of entrepreneurship development in Sari Agricultural Sciences and Natural Resources University. The general research approach is qualitative. Using the purposeful sampling method, 42 people were selected from among the entrepreneurship experts and pundits of the province. The required data were collected through semi-structured interviews and analyzed using the grounded theory paradigm model. The validation of the obtained findings was confirmed through member checking of the findings and the triangulation technique. The results showed that the six components of causal factors (improvement of individual and organizational conditions), background factors (proper management conditions, proper trust building), intervening factors (cultural-legal drivers and financial-technical guys), development Entrepreneurship (intra-organizational interests, extra-organizational interests), strategies (educational-cultural, policies and support programs) and consequences (social, economic, individual, organizational) are the main components of the development of academic entrepreneurship in Sari Agricultural Sciences and Natural Resources University.
