تبیین عوامل کلیدی موثر بر موفقیت اتحاد استراتژیک در سازمانهای پروژه محور در ایران

چکیده

در محیط رقابتی امروز، سازمان‌ها قادر نیستند به صورت انفرادی و تنها با تکیه بر منابع خود به اهداف استراتژیک سازمان دست یابند؛ و ناگزیر به مشارکت با شرکت‌ها و سازمان‌های دیگر هستند. هدف این پژوهش ارزیابی عوامل کلیدی موثر بر موفقیت اتحادهای استراتژیک در سازمان‌های پروژه‌محور در ایران می‌باشد.
در این پژوهش ابتدا عوامل کلیدی موثر بر موفقیت اتحادهای استراتژیک در سازمان‌های پروژه‌محور با استفاده از تحلیل محتوا؛ شناسایی شده و با استفاده از آنالیز توصیفی طبقه‌بندی گردیده است. سپس با استراتژی پیمایش و از طریق توزیع پرسشنامه بین مدیران فعال در سازمان‌های پروژه‌محور، این عوامل ارزیابی شد و با استفاده از تکنیک دلفی فازی با توزیع 12 پرسشنامه بین خبرگان این حوزه، تحلیل گردید.
موثرترین عامل شناخته شده در موفقیت اتحادهای استراتژیک، وجود تیم‌های حل مشکل است، که در گروه دیدگاه منبع‌محور طبقه‌بندی شده بود. ارجحیت این نظریه، به عنوان مهم‌ترین پشتوانه نظری تبیین‌کننده عوامل کلیدی موفقیت در ائتلاف استراتژیک سازمان‌های پروژه‌محور می‌تواند نشانه عدم شفافیت و اعتماد حاکم بر روابط بازیگران صنعت و عدم اثربخشی اقدامات انجام‌شده باشد.

چکیده [English]

In today's competitive environment, organizations are able to support the individual individually and simply by replenishing their resources to organize you for strategic use; And they have to partner with other companies and organizations. The purpose of this study is to succeed in the success of the strategic union in project organizations in Iran.
In this research, the key task of influencing the success of the strategic union in the organization of projects using the systematic review method; Identified and classified using descriptive analysis. Then, using a survey strategy and by distributing questionnaires among activists in the organization of political projects, these factors were caused and analyzed using the fuzzy Delphi technique by distributing 12 questionnaires among experts in this field.
The most effective factor used in the success of the strategic union is the existence of problem solving teams, which were classified in the source perspective group. The preference of this theory, as the most important theoretical support explaining the key factors of success in the strategic union of project production organizations can be the lack of transparency and confidence in the relations of industry actors and ineffectiveness.
