معرفی سیستم نوآوری منطقه ای

چکیده

مقالۀ پیشِ رو با هدف معرفی و تبیین ویژگی ها و اجزای سیستم نوآوری منطقه تدوین شده است. بدین منظور تلاش شده در ابتدا جایگاه و سیر تاریخی شکل گیری این سیستم در میان پارادایم های فکری گوناگون تبیین شود. در ادامه، ضمن مقایسۀ آن با سایر مدل های تحلیلی سیستم نوآوری، تعاریف مختلف از سیستم نوآوری منطقه ای و اجزای کارکردی و ساختاری آن نیز ارائه شده است. سپس برخی از مدل ها و چارچوب های مطرح در توسعۀ نوآوری منطقه ای مانند مدل خوشه های صنعتی، مدل OECD و مدل اتحادیۀ اروپا معرفی شده است.
