دو دهه با سیستم های نوآوری بخشی: مسیر پیموده شده و افق های پیش رو

چکیده

ریشه های مفهوم سیستم های بخشی نوآوری به مطالعاتی بازمی گردد که حدود سه دهۀ پیش انتشار یافته اند. اما این مفهوم حدود دو دهۀ پیش به طور جدی معرفی شده و از آن زمان به بعد، با روندی افزایشی، در صنایع متنوع و در کشورهای توسعه یافته و درحال توسعه به کار رفته است. با این حال، تاکنون مطالعۀ نظام مندی در زمینۀ پیشینۀ پژوهشی سیستم های بخشی نوآوری صورت نگرفته است. در این مقاله، با مطالعۀ 76 مقالۀ منتخب، به مرورِ نظام مند پیشینۀ این نوع پژوهش طی دو دهۀ اخیر پرداخته ایم. بدین منظور، در کنار مروری بر مفهوم، ویژگی ها و مؤلفه های سیستم های نوآوری بخشی، برخی آمارهای توصیف مرتبط با مقالات منتخب را ارائه داده ایم. به علاوه، مطالعات انجام شده را بر اساس سطح توسعه یافتگی جوامع دسته بندی کرده ایم و در ادامه به ارائۀ دسته بندی موضوعی از مطالعات صورت گرفته پرداخته ایم که مشتمل بر مفاهیم همپایی فناورانه، پنجره های فرصت، کالاهای سرمایه ای و محصولات و سامانه های پیچیده، و گذار به رهبری بازار در اقتصادهای نوظهور است.

Two Decades with Sectoral Innovation Systems: The Traveled Path and The Horizons Ahead

چکیده [English]

The concept of sectoral innovation systems is rooted in studies that have been published about three decades ago. But, this concept was introduced seriously around two decades ago and after that, it has been increasingly employed in a diverse range of industries within developed and developing countries. However, it has not conducted and  systematic review of sectoral innovation systems literature. So, current paper has conducted a systematic review of  sectoral innovation systems body of knowledge through studying 76 selected papers in this field. To this end, this paper presented some descriptive statistics about selected paper beside review of definitions, concepts,  characteristics, and components of sectoral innovation systems. In addition, this paper classified selected paper  based on the level of development of studied countries. Furthermore, this paper proposes a thematic classification of  previous studies that includes concepts such as technological catch-up, windows of opportunity, capital goods, and  complex product systems, and the transition to market leadership in emerging economies.
