چکیده

توسعه و انتشار نوآوری‎های فناورانه، برای کمک به اهداف اجتماعی مرتبط با پایداری، نیاز به حکمرانی دارند. با این حال، تعداد کمی از مطالعات به صورت نظام‎مند به انواع حکمرانی‎های به‎کار رفته و چگونگی تأثیر آنها بر توسعه و اشاعه نوآوری‎های فناورانه پایدار می‎پردازند. این مقاله بر اساس ادبیات علمی حوزه‎های حکمرانی، نظام نوآوری فناورانه و گذارهای اجتماعی ــ فنی، چارچوبی برای تحلیل نقش حکمرانی در نظام‎های نوآوری با هدف دستیابی به پایداری را عرضه می‎کند. ما پیش‎بینی می‎کنیم که مطالعات تجربی بر پایۀ این چارچوب به‎منزلۀ مسیرِ ورودی به فرآیندهای حکمرانی کمک خواهد کرد.
