The Journal of Science and Technology Policy Letters (JSTPL) is a peer-reviewed, open-access, quarterly scientific journal that serves as a professional and scholarly forum for discussion of 'public policies FOR science, technology, research, and innovation' as well as 'science, technology, and innovation FOR policy' at the local, national, and international levels.

The JSTPL accepts articles in both English and Persian. It publishes original research, book reviews, case studies, methodology, policy analysis and reports, educational articles, analysis of international reports, strategy and practice reports, translation, and interviews.
