اقدام پژوهی رویداد استارتاپی (شتاب) خاتون : بررسی نقش‌های دوگانه خانوادگی و اجتماعی زنان

چکیده

رویدادهای استارتاپی (شتاب) ویژه زنان در سطح داخلی و بین المللی، اغلب به دنبال رفع مسأله کارآفرینی زنان بدون توجه به حداکثر کردن ارزش‌ آفرینی آنان بوده‌اند. در این مقاله رویداد خاتون به دلیل رویکردی متفاوت آن نسبت به حل مسائل و مشکلات زنان مورد بررسی قرار می‌گیرد. سوال اصلی نیز رویداد خاتون در هدف اصلی این رویداد، شناسایی ایدههایی است که به دنبال کاهش تعارضات ناشی از ایفای همزمان نقش‌های خانوادگی و اجتماعی زنان باشند. شبکه‌ سازی و ایجاد ارتباط میان بانوان فعال در حوزه‌‌های فرهنگی و تربیتی و اجتماعی، رشد و پرورش خلاقیت و نوآوری بانوان در این حوزه‌ها، تبدیل ایده‌‌های فرهنگی - تربیتی به یک محصول، حمایت مالی و معنوی از ایده‌‌ها، دستیابی به راه‌‌حل‌‌های واقعی و مؤثر برای مشکلات و معضلات فرهنگی تربیتی و اجتماعی از دیگر اهداف برگزاری این رویداد بوده‌است. از این رو در ابتدا به مرور ادبیات موضوعی رویدادهای استارتاپی(شتاب) با محوریت زنان پرداخته و سپس با بررسی رویداد خاتون در چارچوب روش اقدام پژوهی به ارزیابی و جایگاه آن مبادرت نموده‌ایم. نتایج نظری و عملی این رویداد پرورش ایده‌های خلاقانه بانوان و آگاهی بخشی و مهارت افزایی بانوان علاقمند به نوآوری‌ اجتماعی، نقش آفرینی اجتماعی آنان، همراه با حفظ نقش "مادری"، "همسری" و "فرزندپروری" بوده‌است. ضمن اینکه از ۳۶ تیم باقی مانده در روز پایانی رویداد ۸ تیم و از ۱۲ تیم راه یافته به مرحله نهایی ۱۱ تیم حامی یافتند و حتی تیم‌هایی که در پیش رویداد حذف شدند نیز ۲ حمایت دریافت کردند.

چکیده [English]

Women's Startup event at the national and international levels have often sought to resolve the problem of women in the field of employment, regardless of their social value maximization. Among these, Khatun’s event has a different approach than previous events to solve the problems of women. The main goal of this institution is to reduce the controversies caused by the simultaneous implementation of family and occupational roles that have had a negative impact on families. Networking and connecting women active in cultural, educational and social fields, developing women's creativity and innovation in these areas, transforming cultural-educational ideas into product, financial and spiritual support for ideas, achieving real and effective solutions for problems of women's have been the objectives of Khatun Institute. In the present article, firstly, the literature on the startup events focusing on women’s role is studied, then, using action research methodology the Khatoon Educational, Cultural and Social Center as an successful Event in Iran, is evaluated The theoretical and practical results of this even as a successful event in Iran were to foster creative ideas for women, raise women's awareness and skills, and promote their social role, along with maintaining their role...
