پیشایندها و پسایندهای چابکی استراتژیک با رویکرد قابلیت‏های پویا در بانک‏های فعال استان ایلام

چکیده

در موقعیت پیچیده و دائماً درحال تغییری که سازمان‏ها با آن روبه‏رو هستند به رویکردی نیاز است که سازمان‏ها با به‏کارگیری آن بتوانند به‏سرعت خود را با شرایط جدید منطبق کنند. به رویکرد چابکی استراتژیک، برای مقابله با شرایط پیچیده، توجه شده است. بر همین اساس این پژوهش با هدف شناسایی پیشایندها و پسایندهای چابکی استراتژیک با رویکرد قابلیت‏های پویا در بانک‏های فعال استان ایلام به روش کیفی انجام شد. این پژوهش کاربردی است و اهداف آن از طریق جهت‏گیری اکتشافی به‏دست آمده است. جامعۀ آماری پژوهش بانک‏های فعال در استان ایلام بود و داده‏ها از مصاحبه‏های نیمه‏ساختار‏یافته با یازده نفر از خبرگان بانکی گردآوری شد. روش نمونه‏گیری در این پژوهش ترکیبی از روش نمونه‏گیری نظری و گلوله‏برفی بود و نمونه‏گیری تا اشباع نظری ادامه یافت. روایی پژوهش از طریق تطبیق توسط اعضا، بررسی همکار و مشارکتی‏بودن پژوهش بررسی شد. پایایی پژوهش نیز از طریق تنظیم فرایند اصولی و منطقی در مصاحبه‏ها و نیز ثبت و ضبط جزئیات پژوهش بررسی شد. تحلیل داده‏های گردآوری‏شده با استفاده از روش کدگذاری باز، محوری و انتخابی، بنا به روش استراوس و کوربین (1998)، انجام شد. یافته‏های پژوهش نشان داد که پیشایندهای چابکی استراتژیک با رویکرد قابلیت‏های پویا شامل عوامل کلان محیطی (پویایی محیط، قابلیت بین‏المللی‏سازی در صنعت بانکداری، موانع مالی و اقتصادی، و گسست فنّاوری) و عوامل سازمانی و مدیریتی ( قابلیت پاسخ‏گویی، قابلیت توسعۀ بانکداری الکترونیک، طراحی و توسعۀ خدمات نوین، ضعف تفکر و دوراندیشی استراتژیک، مشکلات ساختاری، مشکلات فرهنگی، و مشکلات حرفه‏ای) است. همچنین پسایندهای چابکی استراتژیک با رویکرد قابلیت‏های پویا شامل پیامدهای بیرونی (مزیت رقابتی و ارتقای برند) و پیامدهای درونی (افزایش بهره‏وری و سودآوری) است.

چکیده [English]

The complex and ever-changing situation the organizations face requires a approach that can quickly adapt to new conditions. strategic agility is considered as a approach to deal with complex situations. Accordingly, the present study was conducted with the aim of identifying the Antecedents and consequences of strategic agility with a dynamic capabilities approach in the The Active Banks in Ilam province. This research has been obtained in terms of applied purpose and its objectives through exploratory orientation. The statistical population of the study is the active banks in Ilam province that the data were collected using semi-structured interviews with 11 banking experts. The sampling method in this study was a combination of theoretical sampling method and snowball and sampling continued until theoretical saturation. The validity of the research was assessed through Member checking, Peer examination and participatory research. The reliability of the research was assessed by setting a principled and logical process in the interviews as well as recording the details of the research. The collected data were analyzed using open, axial and selective coding techniques by Strauss and Corbin (1998). Findings showed that strategic agility with dynamic capabilities approach including macro-environmental factors (environmental dynamics, Internationalization capability in the banking industry, financial and economic barriers, technological disruption) and organizational and managerial factors (responsiveness, Ability to develop electronic and digital banking, Design and development of new services, poor thinking and strategic foresight, Structural problems, cultural problems and professional problems). Consequences of strategic agility with dynamic capabilities approach also include external consequences (competitive advantage and Brand upgrade) and internal consequences (increased productivity and profitability).
