مروری بر سیستم نوآوری فناورانه و تحلیل آن

چکیده

این مقاله با هدف مروری بر تعاریف، ویژگی ها و اجزای سیستم نوآوری فناورانه، به منزلۀ یکی از رویکردهای تحلیل گذار فناورانه و همچنین یکی از رویکردهای تکاملی نوآوری، نوشته شده است. در بخش اول جایگاه این رویکرد در مکاتب توسعۀ اقتصادی تبیین شده، سپس به ارائۀ تعاریف و اجزای سیستم نوآوری فناورانه شامل کارکردها، اجزای ساختاری و عوامل زمینه ای پرداخته شده است. در این حوزه، بر اساس پراستنادترین مقالات، چهار جزء ساختاری، هفت کارکرد و چهار عامل زمینه ای برای سیستم نوآوری فناورانه شرح داده شده است. پس از توضیح ارکان، روش های تحلیل سیستم نوآوری فناورانه شامل پنج روش تحلیل خروجی، تحلیل ساختاری، تحلیل کارکردها، تحلیل دینامیک بین کارکردی و نیز تحلیل توأمان ساختاری - کارکردی ارائه شده است. در پایان نیز، بر اساس مطالعات مختلف، مشکلات و موانع توسعۀ سیستم نوآوری فناورانه مرور شده است.
