تبیین رابطه فلسفی انسان و تکنولوژی با تاکید بر اخلاقیات

چکیده

ظهور فناوری زندگی بشر را دستخوش تغییرات ژرفی ساخته است. این پدیده، در عین رفاهی که برای انسان فراهم کرده، بحران ها و مشکلاتی نیز در پی داشته است. فناوری جدید به امری سراپا متفاوت از گذشته بدل شده و آنچه در پیش گرفته تغییر ابعادی از جهان ماست و این ما را به پرسش پیرامون ارتباط آن با انسان و اجتماع وامی دارد. آیا هنوز می توان بر این قائل بود که فناوری پدیده ای پسینی است و این نگرش و جهان بینی ماست که مسیر آن را تعیین می کند؟ یا مفهومی پیشینی دارد که فارغ از اهداف، جهان بینی و ارادۀ انسان ارتباط دیگری میان ما و جهان به وجود می آورد؟ هدف از نگارش این مقاله تبیین رابطۀ انسان و فناوری با تأکید بر اخلاقیات بوده است. در ابتدا سعی شده ذات و ماهیت فناوری و رابطۀ آن با انسان، از دیدگاه اندیشمندان صاحب نظر در این حوزه، مورد پژوهش قرار گیرد. در ادامۀ مباحث، رابطۀ انسان و فناوری در دو دیدگاه فلسفۀ فناوری کلاسیک و فلسفۀ فناوری معاصر بررسی شده است . نهایتاً تلاش شده، با پرداختن به اخلاقیات در فناوری ، رابطۀ بین انسان و فناوری از این منظر واکاوی شود.

چکیده [English]

The emergence of technology has transformed the human life into profound changes. as well as welfare for human beings, this phenomenon has also been caused by crises and crises. the new technique has become a totally different aspect of the past, and it would make us ask questions about its relation with human and society; and whether it still believes that technology is a posteriori phenomena, and that it is our worldview that determines its course ? for this purpose, this article seeks to explain the relationship between man and technology with an emphasis on ethics. In the same vein, it was initially attempted to examine the nature and nature of technology and its relationship with human beings from the perspective of the expert thinkers in this field. In the following topics, the relationship between man and technology has been examined in two views of the philosophy of classical technology and the philosophy of contemporary technology. Finally, by addressing ethical issues in technology, the relationship between man and technology is analyzed from this perspective.
