تحلیل کمی و کیفی اثرگذاری فناوری پهن‌باند بر اقتصاد

چکیده

در جهان امروز، اهمیت فناوری اطلاعات و ارتباطات و به ویژه استفاده از نتایج این فناوری در فضای مجازی، تاحدی است که از آن به منزلۀ راهکاری برای توسعۀ آتی اقتصادهای جهانی یاد می شود. اگرچه در میزان و نحوۀ تأثیرگذاری سرعت اینترنت و فناوری های نوین آن در اقتصاد (ملی و جهانی) مناقشاتی اتفاق می افتد، اما به علت غالب بودن آثار مثبت اقتصادی بر آثار منفی آن، بیشتر کشورهای توسعه یافته و درحال توسعه در پی افزایش توانمندی های استفادۀ کسب و کار و سطح دسترسی مردم به فناوری پهن بادند. از این رو در پژوهش حاضر، پس از تبیین مفهوم فناوری پهن باند، که پایه ای اساسی در فناوری اطلاعات و ارتباطات است، به اهمیت این فناوری برای توسعۀ اقتصادی کشورها اشاره می شود. یکی از اهداف اصلی این تحقیق، تحلیل کیفی و کمی این اثرگذاری است که باید به شکل مشخص و کاربردی ارائه شود. در ادامه، مباحث مفهومی و مبتنی بر شهود و آمار ارائه شده است. صحبت از آثار توسعۀ فناوری اطلاعات و ارتباطات بر نفوذ اطلاعات، ارتقای خدمات دولتی، همکاری میان صنعتی، توسعۀ زیرساخت ها و خدمات متنوع اقتصادی، تغییرات ساختاری و مواردی از این دست درحکم تحلیل کیفی، و صحبت از آثار فناوری مذکور در سه مقولۀ مهم اقتصادی، یعنی درآمد ملی، اشتغال، بهره وری، با تکیه بر آمار و ارقام جهانی و به تفکیک کشورها، درحکم تحلیل کمی اشاره به این مهم دارند.

چکیده [English]

In today's world, the importance of communication and especially the use of cyberspace is enormous, So that it is called as a strategy for development. Although there is controversy in the economy about the impact of the Internet and new technologies, however due to the predominance of positive economic effects on its negative effects, most developed and developing countries, most countries seek to increase access of public and economic institutions to broadband technology. World experiences show that the impact of broadband on the parameters of macroeconomic development is higher than the other ICT development indices. In fact, ICT is one of the bases for the development of new technology and development of this sector in most countries have considered as a basic objective of economic policy. Also many countries plan to establish projects and infrastructure, to improve their economy from the economy of specific resources, to the knowledge-based economy; so that they can also benefit from the positive effects side. Therefore, this study tries given the experience of the leading countries in broadband technology, explain the qualitative and quantitative effects of the economic impact of this technology.
