طراحی نگاشت فازی عوامل موثر بر بهره برداری اثربخش فین تک در موسسات مالی

چکیده

گسترش فناوری‏‌های نوین ارتباطی، تمامی ابعاد زندگی بشر را تحت تأثیر خود قرار داده است. حوزه اقتصاد نیز از این قاعده مستثنی نیست. توسعه فناوری‌های جدید مانند فین تک نحوه دسترسی مصرف‌کنندگان به امور مالی آنها دستخوش تغییر شده و این تغییرات با وجود پاندمی کرونا، سرعت بیشتری نیز به خود گرفته است. هدف این تحقیق طراحی مدل عوامل موثر بر اجرای اثربخش فین تک در موسسات مالی با استفاده از نگاشت فازی بوده است. این پژوهش از نظر هدف کاربردی و از نوع توصیفی– پیمایشی است. روش جمع‌آوری داده‌ها آمیخته بود که در مرحله اول داده‌ها از طریق مصاحبه نیمه ساختاریافته با خبرگان جمع‌آوری گردید و در مرحله‌ی دوم محاسبات مناسب با استفاده از مراحل روش نقشه نگاشت فازی انجام شد. پس از شناسایی عوامل موثر بر اجرای اثربخش فین تک در موسسات مالی از طریق مصاحبه با خبرگان (کارشناسان حوزه فناوری موسسات مالی و بانک ها)، در مرحله بعد، اعضای نمونه که 33 نفر از کارشناسان حوزه فناری در موسسات مالی و بانک‌ها بودند که به روش نمونه‌گیری گلوله برفی و هدفمند انتخاب شدند. نتایج به دست آمده حاکی از این بود که عواملی مانند سهولت استفاده کاربران، ایجاد ساز و کارهای نظارت جهت جلب اعتماد، آموزش و فرهنگ‌سازی پذیرش تکنولوژی، پشتیبانی سریع و در دسترس و به کارگیری مدیران خلاق و نوآور در اجرای اثربخش فین تک مؤثر هستند.

چکیده [English]

The development of new communication technologies has affected all aspects of human life. The field of economics is no exception to this rule. The development of new technologies such as fintech has changed the way consumers access their financial affairs, and these changes have gained more speed despite the corona pandemic. The purpose of this research is to design a model of factors affecting the effective implementation of fintech in financial institutions Fuzzy mapping has been used. This research is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-survey type. The data collection method is mixed, in the first stage, the data was collected through semi-structured interviews with experts, and in the second stage, appropriate calculations were done using the steps of the fuzzy mapping method. After identifying the factors affecting the effective implementation of fintech in financial institutions through interviews with experts (experts in the technology field of financial institutions and banks), in the next step, the sample members who were 33 experts in the field of technology in financial institutions and banks who They were selected by snowball and targeted sampling. The obtained results indicated that factors such as ease of use by users, creation of monitoring mechanisms to gain trust, training and culturalization of technology acceptance, fast and available support, and employing creative and innovative managers are effective in the effective implementation of fintech.
