The main goal of this institution is to reduce the controversies caused by the simultaneous implementation of family and occupational roles that have had a negative impact on families. Networking and connecting women active in cultural, educational and social fields, developing women's creativity and innovation in these areas, transforming cultural-educational ideas into product, financial and spiritual support for ideas, achieving real and effective solutions for problems of women's have been the objectives of Khatun Institute.
