		<Abstract>In this research, viewpoints of well-known scientists in economics and IPR fields were studied and consequences of acceptance of TRIPS for developing countries were analyzed. Moreover, by referring to the historical evidence and the path passed by the newly industrialized countries and the way that they have strengthened their IPR systems, some suggestions were offered about IPR system in developing countries. Finally, as Patents, Industrial Designs and Trademarks Registration Act of the Islamic Republic of Iran (2008) is under review, applying these experiences in the review .process was recommended.</Abstract>
