It looks at the microand mesofoundationsof the patterns observed in the evolution of technical change and at  theinterrelations with the context that shape the rhythm and direction of innovation. Onthis basis it defines technological revolutions, examines their structure and the rolethat they play in rejuvenating the whole economy through the application of theaccompanying techno-economic paradigm. This over-arching metaparadigm orshared best practice ‘common sense’ is in turn defined and analyzed in itscomponents and its impact, including its influence on institutional and socialchange. این مقاله نظریة انقلاب‌های فناورانه را در قالب نئوشومپیتری مطرح می‌کند تا از این رهگذر درک نوآوری و شناسایی قواعد آن، تداوم‌ها و انقطاع‌های فرایند نوآوری حاصل شود. در این مقاله به بنیان‌های خرد و میانی الگوهای مشاهده‌شده در تکامل تغییر فناورانه و مناسبات مشترک با بستر و شکل ریتم و جهت نوآوری پرداخته شده است. بر این اساس، انقلاب‌های فناورانه تعریف شده و ساختار آن‌ها با توجه به نقش مهم‌شان در دوباره جوان ساختن کل اقتصاد از طریق به‌کارگیری پارادایم همراه خود یعنی پارادایم فنی ـ اقتصادی، بررسی شده‌اند. خود این متاپارادایم دربرگیرنده یا "منطق"ی که بهترین روش مشترک است، در قالب اجزا و تأثیراتش مانند تأثیری که بر تغییر نهادی و اجتماعی اعمال می‌کند، تعریف و تحلیل می‌شود. https://stpl.ristip.sharif.ir/article_1190_160c88652d47d0be60bfbfed25111412.pdf
